The Move Club Studio

My studio is located in the Wellness Collective ​within South Slope Pilates. We have the highest quality equipment, a safe and supportive space, and facilities like showers and free parking.

In your home

There’s no better place to transform than in the comfort of your own home. I coach people all over the greater Asheville area and bring any equipment that’s needed to you.

Virtual

Wherever you are in the world, we can work 1:1 through Zoom. I don’t underestimate the power of working together virtually - transformation can happen anywhere.

Jess is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor. She loves meeting you where you're at, finding what movements and methods work for you, understanding your goals and helping you push past them.
