PRIVATE SESSIONS
From single sessions to 10 and 20-session packages, working 1:1 together will allow us the space and time to focus on your specific outcomes & goals. Sessions start at $68 per session.
SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
These small group classes are full of energy + laughs and are a guaranteed incredible workout. We combine strength training, HIIT & pilates to target all major & minor muscle groups in a safe, comfortable & inviting setting. Sessions start at $38 per person.
Jess is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor. She loves meeting you where you're at, finding what movements and methods work for you, understanding your goals and helping you push past them. She's obsessed with movement that prevents injury and challenges both body and mind.
